We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging, with all included components and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards or promotional items received with purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • A description of the issue or reason for the return.
  • Photos of the item (if applicable).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original payment method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Partial refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted if the item is not in its original condition or is missing components.

6. Exchanges

7. Exceptions

If you believe your item was damaged in transit or is defective, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.


8. Refund for Canceled Orders

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued. If the order has already been shipped, the return process must be followed.


9. EU Customers: Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason. This includes the right to a full refund, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.
